Can you hold a place before I apply?
Once your application is complete and approved, you must place (at a minimum) a holding deposit (by cashier’s check or money order), equal to at least one month’s rent, within 24 hours of your approval notification and sign our Holding Deposit Fee form via DocuSign. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We collect the reservation fee once your application is approved. Once the lease is signed, the reservation fee is applied to the security deposit. Upon the date of possession we collect 1-full month's rent, plus any applicable lease signing admin fees and/or fees associated with the property. At Rentifi Property Management we do not collect a last month’s rent unless noted in the property marketing information. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18-years old. Anyone who will be residing in the house who is 18-years old or older must complete an application. -

How do I pay rent?
All tenants pay rent by ACH through their online tenant portal. If you are unable to make an online payment, you can mail a check or cashier’s check to our office. NOTE: We do not accept cash. Once you have been approved you will be sent an email to set up your tenant portal and automatic payments. It takes 2-4 business days for your ACH payment to clear so most tenants pay on the 28th so they are never late. As long as you have money in your account on the 28th you will never miss a payment. Our tenants love it! -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
We welcome pets in rental homes that allow pets, however, we must ensure tenants are responsible pet owners and respect other residents in the area; therefore, all pet owners are required to complete a pet application using this link: https://rentifipm.petscreening.com. Our pet fees are Non-refundable pet fee of $350.00 for the first pet and $150 for each additional pet including a $25 per month per pet, pet rent. Some properties may require higher fees or higher rent amounts. If a higher fee or rent amount is required, you will be notified once the pet application has been processed. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Contact Rentifi Property Management through your tenant portal. The remaining roommate(s) must submit current paystubs-the most 2 recent pay stubs for the current year. Upon approval for you to be released from the lease, a Contract Change Form will be sent to all tenants from Docusign. An admin fee will be added to your tenant ledger for Rentifi Property Management to complete this service. This must be paid and the Contract Change Form must be signed by all parties in order to remove and/or add tenants to the existing lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You are required to give notice that you will vacate 60 days prior to the end date of your lease. Your notice needs to be written and received by our office prior to the last day of the month. The 60-day period will begin the following month.
